Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa, CON, has expressed deep appreciation to the people of Niger East Senatorial District following the All Progressives Congress (APC) affirmation exercise, describing the overwhelming support shown to him as a reflection of unity, trust, and confidence in his leadership.
In a statement issued after the exercise, Senator Musa said he was humbled by the massive outpouring of love, solidarity, and acceptance from party members, stakeholders, and supporters across the district.
Although the process ended in an affirmation, the lawmaker stressed that the exercise produced “no victor and no vanquished,” emphasizing that both he and fellow aspirant, Barrister Bello Bawa Bwari, remain united in their commitment to the progress of the APC and the development of Niger East.
“Barr. Bello Bawa Bwari and I, along with our teams and supporters, remain one united family committed to the progress of our great party and the development of our people,” he stated.
Senator Musa noted that the support received from the people continues to inspire his dedication to selfless service, compassion, and humanity. He thanked party faithful, women, youths, traditional rulers, and stakeholders for standing firmly with him throughout the process.
The senator also extended special appreciation to the Governor of Niger State, Mohammed Umaru Bago, for his leadership, support, and guidance during the affirmation exercise. He further commended the APC State Working Committee for their encouragement and commitment to ensuring a peaceful and successful process.
Reaffirming his commitment to the unity and advancement of the state, Senator Musa prayed for continued peace, strength, and progress for Niger East Senatorial District and Niger State as a whole.
