President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday held a high-level meeting with Senator Mohammed Sani Musa at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, where both leaders discussed key national issues and the progress of ongoing reforms.

During the meeting, Senator Musa commended the President for what he described as “bold and decisive economic reforms,” noting that the policies were already producing tangible results, particularly in revenue generation and fiscal stability.

“The reforms initiated by this administration are beginning to yield positive outcomes, especially in strengthening government revenues and stabilising the economy,” Musa said.

The senator also expressed gratitude to the President for his appointment as Director of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, pledging to justify the confidence placed in him.

“I am deeply honoured by this responsibility and remain committed to advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda in line with the administration’s vision,” he added.

In his response, President Tinubu praised Senator Musa for his contributions to governance and national development, particularly his role in legislative processes.

The President specifically acknowledged the collective efforts that led to the successful passage of the Tax Reform Bills into law, describing it as a major milestone for Nigeria’s economic transformation.

“This achievement underscores the importance of collaboration between the executive and the legislature in driving meaningful reforms for the country,” Tinubu stated.

He further commended the senator’s loyalty and unwavering support for the administration, emphasising that such commitment is crucial to achieving sustainable national development.

The meeting, according to a statement from Senator Musa’s media office, was cordial and productive, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening unity, promoting prosperity, and advancing Nigeria’s overall progress.
