Muhammad Garba Consoles Ex-Lawmaker Danburan Over Family Loss in Kano

Former Kano State Commissioner of Information, Muhammad Garba, has paid a condolence visit to former member representing Kano Municipal in the National Assembly, Danburan Abubakar Nuhu, following the death of a close family member.

The visit took place at the lawmaker’s residence in Yakasai quarters, Kano, where sympathisers have continued to troop in to offer support to the bereaved family.

Speaking during the visit, Garba expressed deep sorrow over the loss, describing it as a painful moment not only for the immediate family but also for the wider political community in Kano State. He noted that Hon. Danburan remains a respected figure whose contributions to public service have earned him admiration across the state.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased’s shortcomings and grant them Aljannatul Firdaus, while also asking God to give the family the strength and patience to bear the loss.

In his response, Hon. Danburan Abubakar Nuhu appreciated the former commissioner for the visit and the show of solidarity, noting that such gestures provide comfort and encouragement to the family during a period of grief.

The condolence visit attracted political associates, community leaders, and other dignitaries, who joined in offering prayers for the repose of the deceased.
