The management and staff of Communitypen have extended heartfelt condolences to a correspondent of the News Agency of Nigeria in Kano, Ramatu Garba, following the death of her father after a prolonged illness.
The deceased passed away at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, where he had been receiving treatment.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and other extended family members, who have continued to receive sympathies from friends, colleagues, and well-wishers across the country.
In accordance with Islamic rites, the late patriarch was laid to rest shortly after his death, with prayers offered for the repose of his soul and strength for the family to bear the painful loss.
Colleagues of Ramatu Garba at the News Agency of Nigeria, alongside members of the journalism community in Kano, described the death as a painful moment for both the family and the media fraternity.
In a condolence message, the management and staff of Communitypen prayed Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and grant him Aljannatul Firdausi.
They also prayed for comfort, patience, and fortitude for Ramatu Garba and the entire bereaved family during this difficult time.
