Governor Yusuf Unveils 50 Vehicles Donated to APC Campaign in Kano

Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has unveiled 50 vehicles donated by Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, to support the All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign and grassroots mobilisation efforts in the state.

The vehicles were presented in Kano on Saturday as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s mobilisation activities across the state’s 44 Local Government Areas.

Governor Yusuf said the vehicles would be distributed among the 44 local government areas to support campaign officials in reaching communities and engaging residents at the grassroots.

According to him, effective mobility is essential to political mobilisation, particularly in facilitating interaction between party officials and communities across the state.

The governor also highlighted ongoing infrastructure and other development programmes by his administration, saying the initiatives were aimed at improving the welfare and living conditions of residents.

Speaking on behalf of Ekpemupolo, Chief Pondi Kestin said the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Door-to-Door Movement was established to promote awareness of the policies, programmes and projects of the Federal Government.

Kestin said the movement was focused on grassroots engagement and providing Nigerians with information about government initiatives.

He added that the organisation would sustain its mobilisation and engagement activities ahead of the 2027 general elections.
