By Editor The Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Abubakar Sulaiman has been conferred with the prestigious Fellowship Award of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
In a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer, Bauchi State House of Assembly Abduljalal Hassan said the ceremony took place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Conference Centre Abuja.
The President of the Institute, Comrade Abimbola Ayuba, described the Speaker as a visionary leader whose management of the legislature reflects the core values of the Institute.
Representing the Governor of Bauchi State at the event, the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Muhammad Aminu Hammayo explained that the Award recognition is a proud moment not only for the Speaker, but for the Bauchi State as a whole and its a clear testimony that his stewardship makes national impact.
In his remarks, the Speaker, Abubakar Sulaiman expressed gratitude to the Institute for the recognition, noting that the award was not only a personal honour but also a testament to the collective dedication to excellence in public service.
With the fellowship Award, Members of the Bauchi State House of Assembly said that the leadership of Abubakar Sulaiman has received national recognition for progressive and reform-oriented governance.
